I don't want to spend all day going into detail about the salon or the artist I saw last Monday so I won't. I'm going to keep it short and sweet.
The salon is fantastic. Great location, very clean and open. Incredibly friendly receptionists who are more than happy to help you over the phone or in person. The owner is very respectful, giving and kind. All reasons why I am considering going back.
As for the artist I saw...hmmmm, how shall I keep this short and sweet? Ok~he was advertising through facebook for a dye and cut for $60. He came recommended through my husbands high school friend so I thought, what the hell, I'll give him a shot. Not only was I in the salon for 2 and a half hours for a simple trim and color but I left with a chemical burn around around my entire scalp which I have been putting neosporin on for the last week. I have also been picking dried dye off the back of my head for the past week as well. I wish i had an explanation for that one but here's a quote from the artist himself... "no idea why this happened, because I've never seen this in all my years doing hair". It's now 10 days later and the pain that I went though for the past week was all for nothing because the black dye has washed away, and my hair is brown again. Cute huh! I guess I should have done my research on this guy, so I can really only blame myself.

I'm a brunette and I wanted something different without highlighting my hair. Robert sectioned my hair and added a vibrant redish brown into certain sections and left the other hair natural. OMG it is unbelievable. My freinds at work love it and want to know who did it. I didn't know that my long hair could look so good without highlights. Love it!

Jill Vaughn offered a special on this beauty treatment that many of the celebs use. I love it! My hair is generally thick and full but sometimes when its damp or humid out can frizz. Now my hair is soooo smooth and soft. I can't wait to go out!
