The WORST dealer I've ever been too....

I went to Huntington Beach Ford for a third time with the full understanding from Tony Shaw that a deal could be made due to low sale volume. I expressed what was possible from my end in getting the sale accomplished with Tony on the phone prior; he said no problem and that if he couldn't I would get gas for my troubles. Sure enough I got the run around for about an hour and no deal and no gas as promised. I was trying to trade my truck in that was worth $15,000 to $14,000 according to Kelly Blue book and Edmonds... the trade in manager, his first day on the job, tried to tell me my truck was worth only $8,000. What a joke this guy is......does he think I have "stupid" on my forhead. I told him that was ridiculous and he went back to his boss. I decided at that point to get the hell out of thereand then the trade in manager came back at me with a $12,000offer for my truck...I laughed at him. I told him no way and c-ya. The trade in manager at that time scoffed at me and said " oh well ". So if your reading my review be careful of the unscrupuluos/ unprofessional tactics of Huntington Beach Ford. They will rip you off and waste your time......
Pros:
Cons: Long wait with negative outcome.

This is the worst Ford dealership ever!!!! If your going to buy a Ford don't buy HERE!!! please. I purchased a used 2006 F-350 on March 22,2009. I been waiting for my registration to arrive so I could refinance my loan to a lower rate. I called the DMV to find out where my registration was. They told me the truck was Non Operational, and I should not be driving it. On May 5th I received my plates and registration. Also I got a registration bill for May 2009-2010 for $730. I paid the registration when I bought the truck I paid $586. When a vehicle is on Non Operational you have to pay the whole years registration to activate it again. I paid for the dealership to have it on Non operational. This is a SCAM!!!! I paid $586 to drive my truck for a month in a half, what a joke. This dealership is not into customer service, they wont return calls. I have left tons. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
Service Department A+

If you need your Ford repaired properly, the service department is on top of their game. I was given a rental and also got my vehicle back washed. The rest of the repairs went very smooth. The sales department pressures you too much, they need to GET OFF THE JUICE. People HATE high pressure salespeople. I found Villa Ford to be a little more relaxing in the sales department.
